Personal Success Story - Brad

Ryan took me under his wing in March 2005 and within 6 weeks I was in better shape and stronger than I had been in 15 years! In fact, I benched more than I ever did in my life. Ryan also asked me to send him daily logs of my diet by email. He responded almost every day with feedback on such things as what foods to cut out and during what time of day I could eat other foods such as fruits and potatoes.

Overall, I worked out 3 times a week with Ryan and typically did cardio 3-4 times a week. In just 6 weeks I lost 12 pounds, my body fat dropped from 24% to 19% and my waist went from a 35 to a 32. But, most of all, I felt great!
