Personal Success Story - Denise


I train with Ryan 3 times a week.
I had been using weights for years but I realized how little I was doing once I started working out with Ryan. He pushed me and showed me that I could do a lot more than I thought I could do. By the end of the hour I was sweating, exhausted and felt amazing.

The hardest part of my training was changing the way I ate but once I got the hang of it I really started feeling great about myself and seeing amazing changes in my body. My self confidence was through the roof.

By the end of the 8 weeks I had lost 19 lbs. I learned a lot from Ryan and wouldn't hesitate in recommending that everyone try training with a personal trainer at least once in their lifetime.
