Personal Success Story - Jessica

When I began training with Ryan I wasn't looking to lose a ton of weight. I just wanted to tone up for the summer. At the end of nine weeks, I had lost seventeen pounds and felt better than ever. Ryan taught me that getting fit isn't just about working out or eating the right food. It is an overall sense of general well being. By training three days a week with Ryan and doing two days of cardio on my own, I was able to achieve a goal that I didn't believe was attainable. Through weekly food logs, Ryan taught me that healthy eating could be an everyday way of life. I lost four inches off of my waist, three inches off of my chest, and five inches off of my hips. I still train two days a week with Ryan and I am keeping up on my cardio. I have endless amounts of energy and couldn't be happier about my new body. Thank you Ryan, for making me realize what I am capable of.
